Looking to Automate - Suggestions?

I have a Pentair Superflo variable speed pump (342001) and Jandy TruClear SWG. My old school dial timer is starting to lose time and needs to be replaced so I was looking to add timer automation with app control. Eventually might want to control valves for the spa and suction vac to make adjustments as needed.

What would be the best options for my setup? The pump and SWG work great but not sure if the brand compatibility makes a difference or not.

Your post says Intelliflo and your signature says Pentair SuperFlo Variable Speed Pump. Which is it? If a Superflo VS is it a Superflo VST pump?

If you want to control an Pentair VS pump and valve actuators then you are talking yourself into an IntelliCenter. When your TruClear dies replace it with an Intellichlor system.

I was confused on the terminology for a second. Yes, the sig is correct and I've corrected the post. Sorry about that.

The Jandy SWG isn't on the way out any time soon. Cell was replaced last year and the first one lasted 7 years. Valves would probably be optional up front, but wanted to future-proof it somewhat. I removed the broken heater for now so I'd probably add valves if I replace it.

The pump has its own clock/timer but it's set to turn on/off with the dial timer, same as the SWG.

Why do you want automation? It will not do more than what your pump control program does.

In the SuperFlo VS product line, there is the SuperFlo VS pump manufactured before 11/20/2020, which does not have RS-485 communication ability, and the SuperFlo VST

What is the date of manufacture of your pump?
