Looking at building a shotcrete pool

I am looking at building my own shotcrete pool. I have friends that have excavating, and shotcrete companies. I am planning to sub out the excavation, shotcrete and plaster part of the build and I will be doing the rest. I have done a ton of research and the only thing I could not find is a guide to waterfall foundations. Can anyone guide me on the depth and size of concrete foundation for a waterfall? Also the rebar gridding surrounding the waterfall

Usually this is where the engineer that designs pool would also design. The foundation required is going to depend greatly based on the size and weight of the waterfall and the material you intend to use.
