It is not really a critical issue.

You can use regular concrete with some hydraulic cement mixed in to help the concrete set up faster.

Note that hydraulic cement sets off very quickly, so make sure you have experience using it to avoid losing the batch.

Mix the 5,000 psi concrete mix with about 10% to 20% hydraulic cement dry and then add water to a paste like consistency.

Not too wet and not too dry.

If you do not use a lot of water, you can get the slump low enough to be useful.

Work quickly as the batch will set off quickly.

The more hydraulic cement in the mix, the faster it sets off.

Get the highest PSI concrete available.
