We got ours off Ebay. What my husband did was look at as many sites he could find that sold liners to pick out what he liked the looks of. He then "shopped" that liner until he found the best price. As for pad they are all about the same.

I just recently came across this site Liner World, 33' Round Pool Liners. Looks like they have very good prices and a valid coupon code "STAYHOME10" for 10% off order of $299 or more. I have never purchased from them before though.
