Light Problem

I have what I believe to be 3 Pentair GloBrite lights in my pool. One in each end of the pool and one in the spa. The other night I was sitting outside and noticed one of the lights went out. Shortly thereafter, the light came back on for a few and then went out again. If I go into the app and shut the lights off, then turn them back on, the light comes on for a few then goes back out.

Any thoughts or suggestions on what is going on?

Were they installed with a new pool?

Did you have a 3 year warranty on all your Pentair equipment?

Make a warranty claim with Pentair ASAP.

Yes, they were installed new with the pool build.

Make sure you get the improved Globrite as a warranty replacement.

Pentair is not willing to warranty this. Their service seems to be horrible.

I will end up replacing these myself. The question I have is does the pool need to be drained down or not?
