Light niche Bonding Lug

I have just bought a house with a pool, had the pool replastered and installed a new 120v LED light. Problem is the Bonding Lug is missing or has rusted-out of the niche. Is it possible to add a new Lug to niche without tearing everything out. Thanks in Advance

How did you determine that the bonding lug was missing?
Is there a hole where the lug used to be?
Is the bond wire still running to the niche?

I receied this info 2nd hand from the guy who replastered the pool...I had questioned why I was not seeing a bonding wire ran through the conduit with light wire. The light has not been connected to the electrical supply yet. I plan to remove the light this evening and see if the lug is in fact missing, or if he just didn't install the bonding wire. I'll be back with findings. Thanks for your response.
