Leak at booster pump

Hi Pool experts

noticed a leak at the booster pump , leaking about 4 cups of water per day. Any recommendatations for quick fix ? magic spray ?

No magic fix from the outside. Sealants will just get pushed out. You'll want to remove that outlet adapter, clean the threads, and reinstall it with Teflon tape or plumbers putty to form a nice seal. Biggest issue is what that adapter is connected to above (out the pic range) and if it can be twisted. If not, you'll have to cut PVC just to unscrew that thing. You can post more pics for us to see everything.

Here are some further images that show the whole pipe from side and above,

I am not sure with this fitting if I simply unscrew at the pump , whether the thread above will turn or use multiple wrenches or if i have to cut the pipe and redo ?

Good question. That outlet port adapter might be screwed in on both ends. Obviously it's screwed into the pump outlet (inner threads), but I can't quit tell if you can turn it from the pipe end above. And if you can, will it be tightening it on the opposite end?

I ended up getting the hose replacement kit, if it leaks again in the future then trivial to repair.
