Krylon Fusion under water?

Has anyone ever painted something plastic with Krylon Fusion spray paint (for plastics) to be used under water in a swimming pool? Results? Will it peel or flake off?

I've used it to paint plastic chairs (white paint on white chairs) and while it hasn't peeled off, it has discolored a lot. Gray-ish spots here and there but this is on chairs NOT used in the water.

Funny, I just bought some Krylon Fusion clear coat today at my local Ace (wife has a sugar ornament she wants sealed). You could try painting the plastic and then adding the clear coat on top.
