Jandy Truclear Pro display not working

I have a Jandy Truclear Pro SWG that was installed 7 years ago. Recently the when the pump comes on and the unit starts the display screen will flash green for a half second and then go dark. I removed the cover, checked the ribbons to the keypad which seem to be securely engaged into the PCB. I noted a green "Led 1" light flashing (see photos) while the pump is running. I can't seem to find if this is a diagnostic code anywhere online. Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you so much in advance!

The ribbon cable connection is usually the problem. Double check that both ribbon cables are tightly in the connectors.

Not much else you can check.

Thanks, I'll double check it. Wasn't sure if I need a new PCB.
