Jandy truclear buttons not working

None of the buttons on the keypad work. It wont turn off, adjust, ....nothing.
I've tried turning it off of 5 minutes, hold the power button and still nothing.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Sometimes buttons wont do as anything. But mine now switches from chlornating to waiting then just shuts off, comes back later to standby. No ides

I had this problem when we turned ours on over the weekend. This morning we took the panel apart to double check the wiring and the keypad harness wire was not plugged in. Connected and put everything back together turned unit on again and now it is up and running. Maybe that will help you.

Mine had he same issue. I plugged the the keypad chord back in. Now it’s saying 100% chlorinating and buttons do not respond. Any ideas?
