Jandy Space Saver Valve Leaking?

I went out to check on my stuff today. I closed the pool about a month ago. I found that one of the Jandy valves is leaking. It's closed but water is still getting past it. Do I need to just replace the diverter assembly?

Open up the valve and look at it. Could be a piece of debris holding the valve open. If it is not a debris issue then you may need to replace some parts. Is this an automated system or a manual valve?
