Hello all, in short I have an actuator valve the controls slide and fountain when I select slide the fountain sprays water before the the valve completely turns to slide. Is there a way in iAquaLink to program a short delay in the pump start while the actuator completes the switch to slide?

Thanks

Do you have 1 pump or 2 pumps? If 2 pumps is the actuator on that second pump?
If all is controlled by the main filter pump, there is a setting on the AquaLink.
See the screenshot below. Look at PLockout button. This turns off pump before actuator rotates.
This does it when going from Spa to Pool mode and back, you would need to see if it also applies to any actuator linked to the main filter pump.

I have three pumps one controls the slide and one fountain the other two other fountains and of course the filter pump. I’ll look for the button you mentioned.

Thanks!

It appears your JVA is not linked to the pump. I only see that Intake and Return are used which are normally linked to the main filter pump to rotate simultaneously when going from SPA to POOL or POOL to SPA Mode.
What is telling the actuator to rotate? What aux is your secondary pump connected to?
Can you show photos of your main filter pump suction and return and photo of your secondary pump with its suction and return.

I’ll send you the requested photos however see screen shot showing one touch setup for the slide function. B3 is the aux that controls the jva for the slide and 1fountain. When I select 1fountain it starts without a problem however when I select slide the jva must move to the slide position which it does however the pump starts which allows water to flow to the 1fountain until the jva is completely engaged. I’m just looking for a way to shorty delay the pump to avoid the water from coming out of the 1fountain to prevent water from squirting out until the jva is engaged to only allow water to come out the slide. Sorry hope that’s not confusing.

Can you tell me where is the Slide JVA obtaining its power? Which of the sockets is it plugged into in the picture attached? You should be able to trace it back from the valve. You will need to remove the cover to show the sockets.
Also, which HP auxiliary is the slide pump connected to?
