Jandy remote will only connect if within 1 foot of the antenna. Antenna failing? Frequency change due? Thoughts? Within the last year it has changed from working anywhere to having to be right next to the antenna. Thanks.

Remote shows great signal and full battery. I changed frequencies 3 times and none of them work. Have to hold the remote within inches of the antenna for it to connect.

Show us pictures of the remote and the antenna.
My guess is the antenna in the wireless receiver has deteriorated. They are replaceable. You need to open up the wireless receiver and see if the antenna is plugged into the PCB or soldered.

Antenna soldered. Connects once within 6 inches of antenna.
