Jandy Jxi Heater (Display Blank, But Has Power)

The display on my Jxi heater is blank (ie no messages or characters). The display lights up so I know its getting power. The heater also fires up

Before I purchase a new display (User Interface Kit) I wanted to see if anyone else had a similar issue. I want to avoid buying a new display just to find out the issue was being caused by something else.

Did you open it up and double check the LCD wires going into the main board? Just double check one did pop out or anything.
