I don’t know. But the sensor previously was reading an abnormal temperature first run new heater. No error lights. No service light. Still power with heat button at intellitouch illuminated.

Are you saying the heater will shut off when it’s reached it’s set temperature? Wouldn’t it stay on to maintain the temperature?

It turns off if the water temperature reading reaches the set temperature.

If the heater is set to 104 and the reading gets to 104, the heater will shut off.

That’s weird. It should maintain it. It’s like their freeze guard where it pivots between spa and pool every 15 min vs opening everything and running it all.

It will maintain the temperature.

If it gets to 104, the heater will shut off until the reading drops to 103 and then it will come back on until the heater gets to 104.
