Don’t have time to wait around for Pentair to send someone to update firmware. Client wants everything now now now now.. Again , this is all brand new equipment + new pool, so it’s quite frustrating. All pentair has told me so far is that it’s 2 bad pump drives. They never mentioned firmware. I’ll check which firmware is on those pumps next time I’m there.

An update on this.
I did a factory reset on both pumps and they are now working with Intellicenter!!
Weird.
I also checked the firmware of both IntellifloXF’s, they are 2.11.

Thanks for the feedback.. I have found that in most cases, doing a factory reset has not fixed many things in the past..

I will have to remember the next time we see an XF issue to recommend doing it..
