The curly is on the neutral bus. I was concerned by not having a load neutral(middle connector on breaker) connected to the GFCI breaker that it wouldn't work. However, yours doesn't have a load neutral either.

That load side neutral connection on the 240v GFCI is only for 120v load devices, so the neutral return current of the 120v load passes through the GFCI's internal coil, to keep things in balance and prevent tripping during normal operation of the 120v load.

In this scenario though, you shouldn't have any 120v devices connected to your pump's FGCI breaker, so it'll remain empty.

Nothing jumps out as looking wrong in the picture. What is the load you have coming off the GFCI?

20amp GFCI is pump and SWG. The 15amp GFCI will be pool lights once I hook them up. Breaker is just in there for now. Didn't even hook up the pig tail.
