Inground Pool ladder repair

We bought a house with a pool and we have the railings but the bolts are broken off along with the cups.
Any suggestions on how to repair this?

That was never a good installation.

You can't mount a rail on the fiberglass like that.

You can core drill into the concrete deck and install a set of Saftron deck anchor cups and a Saftron rail.

Note: Metal handrails need to be bonded. Saftron rails don't need to be bonded.
