Filled circular easy set pool after following all setup procedures on level ground. Water in pool is sitting on pool bottom and roughly 3in of wall around the entire pool. Water level reached "welding line" and is 5in low everywhere. What would make the pool not stand up to the specified height? I'm having difficulties finding similar instances of this happening to others. TIA.

Pools typically use wall height and not water height.
Is it a new pool ? I believe the walls can stretch outward over time and the pool may become wider but shorter.
