Also can someone help me read this chlorine and pH? For some reason I find the test colors not that distinct from one another.

That REALLY looks like algae.

Use the FAS-DPD drop test to test FC. Looks like pH is 7.5.

Well there's the dark brown stuff. That's microdebris from leaves from the guy not winterizing. But then there's all this sand...it's all on one side.

Have you been able to collect some of the debris to confirm its sand?

Do you have a sand filter?
