identify this light?

I am trying to determine what lights are installed in my pool. They do not work and I can not seem to unscrew them. They hook up to a small box for power and nothing else, so they don't seem to be fiber based. I can't locate anything similar online to find out how to remove the light. The glass around it has two little notches on each side, tried using something to unscrew with those but could not get it to budge.
