I have a Pentair Ichlor 30 that is leaking near the flow switch. It looks like it is coming from the actual unit, not the flow switch. We have removed and replaced the flow switch, still leaking. The water is coming out from the unit, under the black piece to the left in the pic.

I have searched all over online, no one seems to have answers on what it could be and how to fix it. Does anyone have answers?

It is our second unit, each one now has failed around 5k hours. Is this normal? If not, what are recommendations for a different unit.

How many gallons in your pool?

Replace the iChlor with an IntelliChlor IC40 cell. It uses the same Power Center. It is longer and will require some PVC changes.
