It was busted and never hooked up im telling ya these sellers were horrible to this pool, because I didn't have a weir door or a basket that fit I had to buy different contraptions to try and skim which all failed so yes mostly we manually netted A Lot and while I don't mind a little having to "swim" with a net in your hand sucks so im stupid giddy for the skimmer fix

So far so good, haven't tested yet today but I did notice while brushing seems to be a lot of "dirt" today which isn't a surprise given the winds the last week or so. We have dust flying around all the time. I'm getting ready to vacuum in a min which really makes me miss tripp even more lol can't wait for that day!

I have a problem today I can't figure out... today I opened the new filter and cleaned the cartridges out... I took pics of everything and got everything put back together correctly or so I thought, after it was together I opened the air valve and turned pump on waiting for the water to spew but alas thats when the problem hit... the pump gets going and can hear the air hiss from the valve but as soon as it should be spewing water it starts emptying & the pump loses water and starts it all over again... im all ears here as I have never seen this before
