Hello. My name is Kenya and I built a pool this past summer. Coming up on a year and it's been disappointing. The price ended up being much more than I wanted due to foundation issues. I'm confident that is well. They found water several feet under and opted to keep the pump in my yard. It's constantly flowing water out of the drain to the street. Every time we have some major rain my pool turns greenish brown. The pool company repeatedly comes out. They have changed filters 3 times and I've paid for it to be cleaned them 3 times. Changed pool cleaners and now will probably let this second company go as they removed lids and never put them back on for weeks and the pool isn't clean. I went today to try to figure out how to clean filters and noticed their mistakes. Pool company says they will not treat that its related to maintenance. Looking now for help to figure out on my own. I'm beyond tired and appreciate any help!

Kenya,

No one will take care of your pool as well as you can...

You do not have a filter problem, you have a chemical problem.

We can get you pointed in the right direction.

Just start a new thread under the 'Just Getting Started' forum and include a bunch of pics of your pool and equipment pad.

Thanks,

Jim R.

Thank You All. I have updated my account profile and signature with my pool information. Pool cleaners are coming in at 9am Monday to correct. I will continue going through the videos and taking notes.
