How often do you test?

Aeration from using the jets and bubbler can raise pH. Check pH regularly.

pH is a simple test so it is easy to check. The small water volume and regularly adding fill water keeps things a moving target.
When adding fill water regularly with a higher TA you need to check more often.
If you use dichlor in rotation with liquid you will see pH differences also.

FC and pH, daily. Everything else every couple or more weeks.

It helps to know what the CH and TA of your top off water is. If it is high in TA and CH, then you may want to test those more often, depending on how often you have to top off the pool from evaporation.

Also, if you have lot of rain and your pool chemistry gets diluted beacuse of overflow, then after a big rain would also be a good time to everything. I wouldnt worry too much about 1 rain, but if it rains everyday for several days or more, then you might expect dilution of the chemistry.
