How do I wire this stuff?

And no, the timer is inside and the SWG generator is outside.

For many safety reasons the code requires and you should have a shutoff outside near the pump. Usually that is either a nearby CB or timer switch.

You should run wire from CB panel inside to timer outside. That wire needs to run outside wall up to timer so needs to be THWN in conduit. Then wire in conduit from timer to pump and mount SWG power center next to timer and wire in conduit from timer to power center.

And the pump itself has a digital control panel, would that suffice for a shut off or not?

NO. You need a physical power disconnect within sight of the pump.

If you were to go work on the pump how will you know the power is off? If the switch is out of sight how do you ensure no one accidentally flips the switch while you are working on the pump?

What you were planning is a booby trap for someone and the reason NEC is explicit on a physical power shutoff within sight of a pump.

Even the timer is questionable because if the timer is powered and running it can automatically turn on the power to the pump while you are working on it.

Reassessing...

Taking back the T101, getting the T104 in an outside enclosure. Wiring it 220v to a 20A breaker. Putting all the electrical components in PVC conduit outside near the pool equipment. Going to mount it to a 1 1/4" X 12" piece of laminated beam I have painted to match the color of the vinyl siding. Going to mount it to side of house with bolts that protrude off the wall just enough to leave a gap between the siding and beam/board. Difficult to mount anything directly to vinyl siding, that's what I've been trying to avoid. I'll wire everything the way you mentioned initially.

Just wanted to give a quick update: I had the pump start-up today and everything went great. I wired it all up myself and had an electrician check it out to ensure I did the work correctly (which I did). Thanks to everyone and especially AJW22 for showing me how to do it. I'll post a few pictures when I get some time. Variable speed pump is running now on its pre-programmed 12 hour cycle. I just vacuumed the pool for the first time. Should be ready to swim in soon, just needs to warm up!
