I need to SLAM my pool. I want to turn off the SGW with my Easytouch control but when I dis enable the intellichlor it remains on. Any thoughts is greatly appreciated.

Just turn the % of output down to zero... You can't actually shut it off unless your SWCG has a separate circuit breaker inside the EasyTouch. I guess you could also, turn off the EasyTouch, unplug the cell, and then turn the ET back on.
My cell is wired to a separate circuit breaker in EasyTouch. I turn it off in the winter, but leave it in place.
