Did anyone else break screenlogic with the latest core update? I had so much broken I deleted my VM and started over. Now it detects screenlogic but error connecting. It also asks for IP address which I don't remember it doing.

I have been running version 5.2.738, which I believe is the latest, since Mar of 2019, with no issues at all.

When I start ScreenLogic, it comes up with the following page and the IP address auto populates..

Sorry, but I have no idea what is causing your system to not connect... :(

Let's see if one of our other members can chime in with more info..

Scott,

Under System name is "Pentair: (space) FC-XX-XX" (from label on your Protocol adapter)

Under Local Systems is the above system name and then the IP address..

The above info all auto populates.

The pic above shows version 733, but it is an old pic. I am running 738.

Hey Jim, thanks for the help. My apologies, I think you are referring to the actual Pentair app, which is still working fine. I'm referring to the screenlogic integration in Home Assistant. It will detect screenlogic but fail to connect when I try to configure.

Manual configuration steps
If there wasn’t any discovered automatically, don’t worry! You can set up a manual integration entry:
  • Browse to your Home Assistant instance.
  • In the sidebar click on Configuration.
  • From the configuration menu select: Integrations.
  • In the bottom right, click on the Add Integration button.
  • From the list, search and select “Pentair ScreenLogic”.
  • Follow the instruction on screen to complete the set up.
