I am in the middle of a renovation. I am being told the existing pebble is hollow throughout the pool and needs chipped off to apply a new pebble finish. I am wondering what is an average expense for the chipping of the old pebble? I want to make sure when I get the quote it is inline with an average added expense.

It is better to get 3 to 5 quotes on doing your pool because every pool will be different... It all depends on how much will need to be chipped out, how long it takes, how big the pool is, how deep the pool is and so on...
