I envy your slice of heaven. How I wish I own a cool place such as that! Just a little improvement with the landscape though and you really took good pictures!

Yes it deff needs landscaping. So does the rest of the yard. It was let go because it was a foreclosure. So basically everything needs redoing

You've got nothing but time edge! I sit and think of things I want to do with mine. I actually just had a BIG THOUGH BUBBLE come over my noggin this evening on my way to work of another pool project to add privacy. I really wanna skinny dip... lol 
My buddy wanted me to take a few pictures of him flying thru the sky haha
