I have a 6,600 gallon above ground pool. I’ve spend a bunch of money at the pool store to get all my levels accurate. Once I did that I still had a green pool and it was recommended that I shock it once I did that it turned very cloudy but was no longer green. Then I was told to flock it. Once I did this my pool cleared to about halfway down but it was still so cloudy I couldn’t even see what I was vacuuming up and if I even got all the flock up what should I do next and can I run my filter or even get in the pool?

You need to follow the SLAM Process. To do that, you need a proper test kit, see Test Kits Compared. I suggest the TF-100 Test Kit ™
While you are waiting on your test kit, add 5 ppm FC worth of liquid chlorine / plain bleach to your pool each evening with the pump running.
