There is a 3/4 female thread port going into a check valve no other pipes around that would indicate a pump other than spa blower, bought the house with it like this. I'm assuming it's for a blower but a 3/4 threaded port I think would be too small for a blower unless previous owner reduced to put less output. Any thoughts?

I don't know it's endless it seems.
As far as winterizing we live in southern California and have no need for it. I'm stumped I guess I'll adapt the house hose to it and see if I get any flow anywhere.
I don't know about the wiring its not pretty but just had it inspected on a pool inspection and came out good although pool inspectors really just make sure everything works. There is 7 pumps 2 SWC's autofill maybe some other stuff haha.
