Help with intellicenter wiring

I just don't get it.
Time after time, we have ops coming on here showing us how their electricians and contractors wired up their load centers completely goofy and it just baffles my mind. This is two in just as many days.. How can these guys who call themselves professionals be so lost? I really feel bad for the ops who have to endure this.
@firemancline So glad you are here now getting the "RIGHT" advice. Just listen to @Jimrahbe and @ajw22 and they'll untangle the mess for you and get you squared away. They know their stuff.

The local pool companies around me are no help either. I stayed far away when they tried to sell me on 1.5 inch flex plumbing, 1 skimmer and 1 return, and a single speed pump... I knew I could count on this group for sound advice. Thanks again to all

Never mind. I didn’t get a good view if the CBs to see they are GFCI.
