Help please clorox spa ph down

I used clorox spa ph down in my pool. It’s been 3 days it wont dissolve its clogging up my pump and filters. It’s all over the floor and sides of my pool. I know i should not have used it but i did. Any suggestions on what i can do besides draining my pool.

Got a vacuum? Vaccum to waste if possible.

I do not have a vacuum yet going to get one asap
