Help me find a fitting..

I've opened up my pool from the winter and I found I couldn't put the eyeball back in the return jet wall hole. I couldn't feel any threads or anything and I couldn't see a thing so I lowered the water level below the hole.

If you look at the pictures, you'll see that there's a thread in the 1.5" pipe about 2" deep. I'm try6to find a fitting that would allow me to install an eyeball or maybe even an eyeball that would fit here.

You will unfortunately need the eyeball, cover plate, and the 6 screws to make that return directional again.

Unless someone else has a hack for this.

The threads you see are for a vinyl liner type installation to make a water tight seal from the back side.

I agree you need the whole thing. That style is a 1 piece deal the screw on faceplate hold it all in

I see. So, pretty much, ignore the threads in there. Right?

Cant do anything with them. They are deeper than the fitting you wouldnt ne able to screw into any fitting if there wasnt clearance to get to the threads

You just need a new cover plate and new sealant around it. Try inyopools
