We are building a 42x31x20 Lagoon pool. It will be about 37000gal with 48" walls. We haven't made any decisions yet regarding equipment. We haven't decided on a pump, filter, swg, lighting, solar 12 -4x10 (Fafco, Techno-solis, Ecosun) or an automation system. Ideally most of the equipment would be the same brand. I was hoping to get some input on what I should get. The solar system will be ground mounted on a wooden rack with a short run of about 15' to the pump. I'm planning 2" pipe for the pool plumbing. I'm trying to have the most efficient hassle free pool setup. Looking forward to your input!

That's very similar to what I went with last fall. I know it was a better deal to get the ET8 pool and spa bundle as it basically came with the IC60 being close to free, and you get two automated valves included.

My PB recommended going with 4 GloBrite lights to make sure we had adequate light...You have a pretty big pool for 2 lights, but my thoughts on this are just based off of what I've read or been told.

I, like you, wanted to keep everything from the same manufacturer.
