Greetings. We are now in the Arizona monsoon season, where we get some rain but mostly storms with a lot of bark and no bite. The "bark" is high winds and sand storms that make pool maintenance so much fun.
I own a pool. It came with the house.
I have been an Arizona certified home inspector, pool inspector and termite inspector for around four years.
