Also, I do think I have a valid warranty claim so I’ll go that route. My pool is just over a year old, I just don’t mind fixing things as a learning experience. However, it’s easy to be patient as my heater does work, it’s just not perfect after 90. If I had to fix immediately I would give the thermocoupler a shot as that’s easy and cheap. I did learn a good amount about my heater here and hopefully when they repair it I can learn more.
If it’s not under warranty I will replace the thermocoupler and then go from there.
