Heater not turning on

The pool has been filled for 2 weeks now so too early to turn on the heater (pentair mastertemp 400) but I wanted to see if it at least works (has power). And apparently it doesn’t - no light or anything on the display. Pumps, intellivalves and intellicenter work. Is there anything I need to do the very first time I turn on the heater?
I will call the electrician who installed it to see what they know about it.

Heater will not display anything if connected to the intellicenter through the 2-wire fireman's switch unless the automation call for heat.

Why no heater use for first 30 days? With new plaster there is a lot of plaster dust in the water and the pH is usually very high. When you heat water the potential for scale formation in the heater increases significantly. The actual timeframe for waiting to use the heater has no real merit. As long as the plaster dust is under control and the pH is in range there is no reason not to use it. Your risk of rushing to use the heater is scale clogging up the heater coil.

I wouldnt run the heater, but see if your IntelliCenter recognizes there is a heater. Here is what mine shows (pictures are from the webpage, but are similar to the app)
