Hayward Spa Jet Nylon Soacer Placement

Our Hayward Spa Jets do not produce bubbles and I’ve read here that all the nylon spacers need to be set a certain way.

Anyone have an image or video on how to service these and properly seat the spacer?

How do I take the jets out to confirm? Is there a specific tool?
