Hayward Omnilogic - Screen Not Working

I've seen other threads on this issue - seems to be a common problem so hoping someone can direct me to a fix - Pool was built in 2017 and from day 1 I've never had an issue with the Omnilogic system - except for salt cell replacement and burned salt cell board - both easily fixed. However, as of yesterday, the Omnilogic screen will not turn on. I've power-cycled they system by turning off the breakers on the Omnilogic Panel; I've checked all fuses - no blown fuses - and shut the system down from the main board from 30 minutes - nothing has worked. When the system restarts the main pump will turn-on but run at a minimum speed. No access to the system through the App - which is typically how I manage pump speed, chlorinator, water features, etc. How I found out about this issue was through the disconnected mobile app message. Thoughts on why the screen will not work? Is it time to replace the screen? Thanks!

Do you have this guide? It addresses that issue, page 19.
