Hayward heat pump

I have HEATPRO 110K AHRI HP21104T,
Two years old. It turns on, then right off before hitting set temp. No error code. Water flow is fine. Condensation line is not clogged. The problem is this is not consistent. Almost seems it happens when it is very humid. But not sure. Hayward has no service reps in my area. No HVAC companies want to check it. Im at a loss at what to do. Any similar experience?

First thing to check is the refrigerant pressures. For that you need the gauges HVAC techs use. And if you are low in refrigerant you need an EPA certificate to purchase it.

Keep on asking around to find someone with HVAC tools who will take a look at your unit after hours. Or find a retired HVAC tech.

I would get more noisy with Hayward to support what they sell.

May be a question of semantics. Does it turn off right after starting (short cycling) or off before it reaches the set temperature?
