Hayward H250ed2c control board?

Thanks. I removed the entire ignitor assembly and used steel wool on the two prongs. Reinstalled and tried it again and still no ignition, though I can hear it trying as before. I guess now I need to check for blockages of gas in orifices?
Update. Was able to switch PCB Boards with someone else and everything seems to fire up. So I will take another look at my original board, assuming that is the point of failure. Something I did notice though is that I see flame in (only) one of tubes below when the heater is lit (see attached) . Just wondering if that is normal? I can't say I've ever looked at this before with the hood off, but it strikes me odd that only one is lit from the outside.. Can a anyone confirm? In the meantime I've shut off the gas. Thanks.

Possibly a clogged orifice. You should not see flame there. The others are normal. The flame is outside the burner, not internal. You can see the reflection in the bottom of the heater.
