You have to take the top off at least (13 screws) and then take the bump handle off of the shaft (1 bolt) and pull the shaft out of the top cover so that you can take the plates off of the shaft (a c-clip) get to the bolts holding the plates together (don't recall how many, sorry) that hold the fingers in place.
