Hey all, I got a 28k plaster unground pool with 2 Hayward lights. One in the deep end which is the Hayward Astrolite W3SP0583L100. And another almost identical one in the spa, same exact faceplate pattern and all, just scaled down, maybe 3 inches? It never worked since we moved in but I thought I’d take a look at it. It’s half filled with water and all model numbers or any writing for that matter is long gone. Anyone able to help me identify it so I can purchase a gasket? If not, are these niches standard? Is there a drop in replacement for this thing? Thank you.

I think the Astrolite spa lights is SP0580S.

Hayward Light Replacement Cross-Reference helps you find the closest suggested Hayward replacement for your pool equipment.
Thanks for the reply, I took a look at the link to the sp0580S parts and it seems that’s for the full size light as it shows the lens’s which are over 7”. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the SP0580S on the cross reference website.

Seems like it is a

StarLite II Series SP550 light. It is… beyond salvaging so I’m going to try to source any light that fits in the current niche.
