Green pool

I have this small pool (4.500 liter) and it turned green in about a week. I tried to shock chloride it, but to no avail. Im currently emptying the pool, but if someone have a good suggestion, I'd rather save the money on the water

Welcome to the forum!
Is there any way to get at least a basic TC and pH drop test kit? Test strips are sadly not good.
