Generic Multiport valve vs Hayward Vari-Flo

Anyone have an experience on the InYoPools generic version of the Hayward VariFlo valve for a DE4800 grid filter?

I have no direct experience with it but CMP makes quality products and I would give it a try.

Well...so much for that. I was told it was in stock and ready to ship so I ordered it on Saturday. Come to find out from INYOPools today that they made a mistake. It's not in stock. 16 weeks backorder. So basically just in time to close the pool.

Going to be a tough season for folks with broken equipment. We will see how far duct tape can keep pool equipment running.

I hear ya! Everybody is out of everything or you have to pay 2x-3x the normal price.
