My pumps keep coming on in freeze mode when temp is not going to freeze anything. So at 4am they come on and temp is 35 degrees, and the forecast is a low of 33, I get up and put the system in Service Mode, so I can sleep.
My question is about the Easy 8 wireless remote, is it possible to turn off pumps from freeze mode with the remote?

Fishy,

You can turn freeze control on or off on any circuit you want, as shown above..

You can also insulate the air temp probe so that is has to be colder before the probe will see 35 degrees.. Or, you can 'calibrate' the air temp probe so that it reads higher than it should.. This will cause freeze control to come on at 31 or 32 degrees, instead of 35.

Thanks,

Jim R.

I already changed it so when it is 35 outside, it displays 38. Anymore and with my luck they won't come on in time to prevent freezing during temps that drop in the low 20's.
