Hello, fellow Phoenician! I'm interested in your lights... my pool and spa have old-school boring lights, and at some point, I'd love to replace them with cool LEDs that can do cool things! I'm interested in how you chose them, what your criteria were, about what you wound up paying, how the install goes, etc.

Hey!!! Hope you’re enjoying your Christmas holiday so far. We had our pool design drawn up by BYOP out in Mesa and was recommended to do LEDs on our plan. From there, I went on TFP and started looking up posts about lights. When we decided to do Pentair everything, I started focusing on just Pentair lights and saw that the Intellibrite was the way to go. I went on Craigslist, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace and EBay and started searching high and low til I found a deal that met the budget I wanted for lights since those Intellibrites are God awful expensive. I ended up getting both on EBay with the make an offer option. The large pool light, they accepted my offer of $400 and the spa light was accepted for $225 and both brand new in box.

Since you have incandescent lights currently, I would look at just getting replacement bulbs and from my research, you can just pull out your current bulb and put in the led replacements. I believe some do come with remotes. EBay and Amazon had a ton.
