I finished my pool after 2 years of DIY, Plaster (pebble fina) was done yesterday. Balancing going as expected.
1) should i be suctioning the same from skimmer and main drain, or should i be suctioning more from the main drain to catch the dust.
2) presently running VSP at 50% that gives me 70 GPM, and would turn over the water in 4.5 hours. Good speed?
3) Filter pressure at Full speed is about 6, at 50% barley 1 psi. Is this normal? I do expect it to go up with more brushing.
Thanks for all the insight.

1. Depends. If you need skimming, more from skimmer. For now, some from main drain is probably OK>
2. Just run the pump. Turnover is meaningless. I would use an economical rpm, but not too low.
3. You asked that in a separate thread.
